Elearning Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Learning Analyst to drive business growth through the development and execution of effective blended learning training programs.

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in conceptualizing and implementing curricula that align with business objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate with external clients to understand their training needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

This includes:

• Developing and implementing training programs that are tailored to the needs of our clients;
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their engagement and success;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs into business operations.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, and contribute to a global operation. This role is part of the Learning Science, Innovation, and Technology (LSIT) Center of Excellence, which oversees the testing, selection, deployment, and maintenance of learning solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in technology or technical writing;
• Advanced internet skills, computer knowledge, and project management experience;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, particularly presentation skills and English proficiency.
