Customer Service Expert

Neks Job Philippines seeks a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, with at least 1 year of BPO experience required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong command of English and be able to interact confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing information regarding our products or services
- Handling complaints in a respectful and empathetic manner
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Good English communication and interaction skills
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- Willingness to work on-site
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Call Centre Agent (6-12 months)
