Responsibilities
  • Develop and design digital marketing assets across various markets and brands.
  • Deliver high-quality digital content, including social media, email campaigns, and website design.
  • Leverage creative thinking to develop innovative digital ideas.
  • Design digital storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks to team members, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality work.
  • Protect and translate brand identity guidelines into creative projects.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues, encourage idea exploration, and maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to raise digital creativity standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, bring fresh ideas to the table, and stay up to date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Conceptual thinking, creative instincts, and willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
