Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing strategist to lead and optimize our automated marketing initiatives.

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing complex campaigns that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, foster lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results.

While working in a global setting is a possibility, the position can be based anywhere.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives, manage and enhance workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs using Eloqua.
  2. Evaluate and improve the integration of Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities, monitor key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
  3. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver cohesive and impactful communications.
  4. Ensure database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation, research trends, new tools, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Verify adherence to applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
