DevOps Engineer II

Join a team of innovative professionals working on cutting-edge technologies to deliver exceptional brand experiences at scale.

This role is responsible for expanding our growing DevOps team, ensuring the stability and reliability of our .NET/C# multi-tenant SaaS software platform fully hosted in Microsoft Azure.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will work closely with development to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Respond to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of the SaaS environment.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience is required.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering, including handling alerts, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes during investigations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization is required.
Benefits:
  • Target Compensation: Monthly base salary target of PHP 110,000 to PHP 138,461 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and level of experience.
  • Bonus program that pays out quarterly.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
  • Must be able to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
