Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Orient new employees on company regulations, code of conduct, and branding to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Prepare and report on employee benefits, including premium and loan payments for government-mandated programs (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
  • Maintain accurate records of company organization charts, employee directories, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate salary and job level changes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
  • Organize company events and incentive programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Monitor training data to ensure that training programs meet plan and budget requirements.
  • Research, screen, and select training providers that align with our company's needs.
  • Prepare and ensure complete documentation for internal, customer, and external audits.
  • Provide monthly HRGA operations reports to senior management.
  • Foster harmonious relationships among teams and provide counseling support to employees as needed.
