**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and Drafting: Develop detailed designs and drawings for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to assess MPF requirements and ensure installations comply with safety standards.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and company policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge in MEPFS costing, ability to recognize contractual obligations of both company and its subcontractors, and good experience in AUTO CAD/MS Office and CCS (Candy).
  • Education and Experience: Graduate of Mechanical Engineer with at least 2-5 years experience in Office Fit Out, Joineries, Commercial and Residential industry.
