Senior Quantity Surveyor (Stone & Marble Works)Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in stone and marble works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantity take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQs), and joinery fit-out projects. Proficiency in using industry-leading software like PlanSwift or Bluebeam is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for stone and marble works, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Prepare comprehensive BOQs, including pricing and cost analysis.
  3. Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
  4. Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on stone and marble works.
  3. Proven track record in preparing accurate and detailed BOQs.
  4. Proficiency in using PlanSwift or Bluebeam, or similar software.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Immediate Joiners Preferred

This is a Work from Home (WFH) setup, day shift, Monday to Friday.
