Job Overview

Data Configuration Specialist

As a Data Configuration Specialist, you'll be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You will work closely with customers and teams to understand their needs and implement solutions that meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations
  2. Ensure accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues
  3. Perform system configuration, checking and analyzing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items
  4. Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests
  5. Meet and exceed KPIs, following all relevant procedures and standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
