Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Partner to join our team at Unilever Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who can leverage their expertise in resourcing solutions, talent acquisition, and recruitment to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives to identify talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and conduct applicant screening to ensure the best candidate fit.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and manage talent pools effectively.
  • Manage the interview process, oversee offer creation, and facilitate employee onboarding.
  • Oversee the recruitment of interns, contingent workers, and external partners to support business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and recruitment software to ensure compliance and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or HR management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Skills: Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills, with excellent leadership abilities.
