Responsibilities- Lead a team of around 150 payroll professionals to process approximately 75K pay slips monthly.
- Oversight of Pre-payroll, Gross-to-net, and external vendor partner management.
- Minimum 15 years of Payroll Service Delivery experience under BPO or Shared Services industry.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in Global Payroll, preferably ANZ Payroll.
- Strong understanding of STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances, and other Regulatory requirements.
