About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Operations Associate to drive the brand's visibility, voice, and engagement across digital channels.

This role requires a proactive, data-informed, and collaborative marketer who can balance creativity with execution, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on campaign planning and strategy to support brand growth and lead generation.
  • Deploy newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across channels, ensuring seamless execution and coordination of operational projects, events, and partnerships.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
  • Support and execute marketing tied to the membership experience, including the Founders List.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics; share insights to guide content strategy.
