Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Application Review: Carefully review and assess home loan applications to identify any potential issues or requirements that need to be addressed.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their home loan application, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with brokers to gather feedback on the home loan application process and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Settlement Management: Work towards achieving early settlements of loans to increase revenue for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • College Graduate: A degree from an accredited college or university.
  • BPO Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) is required.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English, as well as strong business correspondence skills.
  • Background in Financial Campaigns: Previous experience handling financial campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Australian Broking Firm: Experience working with an Australian broking firm is preferred.
  • Email Support: 6 months to 1 year of email support experience is preferred.
  • Team Player: Must be a team player with no attendance issues.
  • Stable Internet Connection: Must have a stable internet connection.
  • On-Site Training: Willingness to report on-site in Pasig City during the training period (1-2 weeks).
  • Work-from-Home Arrangement: Willingness to transition to a work-from-home arrangement after training.
