Job Title: Financial Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial professional to lead our company's financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing our financial activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and driving strategic financial planning.

The successful candidate will oversee financial management within our organization, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Leverage financial data to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement financial plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Maintain optimal cash flow levels by managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
    • Forecast cash flow needs to support business operations and growth initiatives.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and security.
    • Leverage technology and software tools to improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally in a software or tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
