  • We are looking for someone who can prepare draft accounts from source documents, including incomplete records or balanced computerised trial balances.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in undertaking larger Limited company accounts with relevant support.
  • Candidate should be able to clear routine queries with clients.
  • Preparation of tax computations based on draft accounts is also required.
  • Finalising figures for managers and preparing paperwork for client approval is another key responsibility.
  • Deal with ad-hoc client queries.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT Returns using bridging software.
  • Provide general support to both clients and directors.
  • Assist/trainee queries and development.
Required Competencies

Previous experience within an accountancy firm during training is essential.

Experience

FRS102, One Man Band companies, and Charities are areas of expertise we require.

Software Requirements

We use IRIS, Sage, Xero, Xero Practice Manager, QuickBooks, FYI Docs, and MyWorkPapers.

Work Schedule

A mid shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM PH time) work schedule ensures flexibility while meeting local regulations.
