Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to drive audience growth and demand generation on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will create engaging graphics, video-led content, and implement efficient marketing operations that enable sales success.

The role requires strong video production and graphic design capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with video editing software, CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics, and presentation tools is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy to drive audience growth and engagement across both brands.
  • Create high-quality, repurposed content across channels and formats, including graphics, videos, and case studies.
  • Maintain and update websites with light SEO optimisation, including titles, thumbnails, and UTMs.
  • Build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards to deliver weekly performance insights.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, persuasive copy across channels.
  • Strong graphic design skills, with expertise in Canva and at least one of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Proficient in video editing tools, including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
  • Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
