Digital Marketing Specialist Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regular email campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers using platforms like Hubspot and WordPress/Shopify.
  • Create targeted automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types.
  • Optimise email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Design and produce on-brand digital assets including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, engage with community members, and respond to direct messages.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar digital marketing/design role.
  • Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify.
  • A deep understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
