Network Security Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and securing our global network infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network performance using various tools and dashboards (Meraki, Splunk, Netskope, ServiceNow) to ensure optimal network reliability and security.
  • Respond to alerts and perform maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Provide advanced support for escalated network issues and diagnose complex problems (ISP, SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, access points).
  • Manage vendor escalations and contribute to Post-Incident Reports (PIR) and Root Cause Analysis (RFA) reports.
  • Support AWS network and cloud environments, handling incidents, problems, and changes through ticketing systems.
  • Requirements:
  • 3–5 years experience in network operations with a focus on advanced troubleshooting and support.
  • Proven experience with cloud-native FWaaS and SASE (e.g. Cisco Meraki, Zscaler, Cloudflare, Cato).
  • Familiarity with SASE platforms like FortiSASE, Palo Alto Prisma, and full-stack Cisco Meraki (MX firewalls, MS switches, MR access points).
  • AWS networking knowledge (VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, VPN tunnels) and experience with various NAC/Radius solutions (Microsoft NPS, Cisco ISE, PortNox).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills, with ability to work independently and within teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, ECMS, JNCIA, JNCIP, NSE, PCNSA.
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty or AWS Solutions Architect.
  • ITIL Foundation, (ISC)² certifications.
