Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Professional Telesales Representatives to join our team at Mark Freelance Virtual Assistance Services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced telesales environment, where you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided script or framework. You will introduce and explain company products or services to potential customers, build rapport, and engage in meaningful conversations to generate interest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided script or framework.
  • Introduce and explain company products or services to potential customers.
  • Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing fit with our offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on potential leads and re-engage past contacts as needed.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
  • Handle objections and rejections in a professional and positive manner.
  • Continuously improve performance by participating in training and feedback sessions.

  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • An excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
