About This Role:

As a highly skilled and results-driven Ad Campaign Manager, you will spearhead our client's marketing initiatives and drive growth objectives. You will research, strategize, and execute ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily ad spend to achieve revenue growth through direct response marketing.
  • Analyse performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to optimise effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop funnel strategies to enhance conversion rates and maximise revenue by identifying and addressing underperforming stages of sales funnels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts crucial for scaling paid traffic.
  • Brainstorm and implement growth strategies and campaigns that distinguish us from competitors.
  • Conduct competitor research to improve our advertising and funnel optimisation efforts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct response marketing experience.
  • Skilled in managing campaigns primarily on Meta.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, making decisions informed by data while avoiding over-analysis.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and confidence in scaling and optimising ad accounts based on client needs.
  • Be an initiative-driven self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Persist until goals are achieved with tenacity and resilience.
  • Utilise tools like Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting for actionable insights.
