Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced front-end developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on building modern, scalable, and performant applications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces, managing state across complex applications, and integrating with backend APIs.

You will work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity with room to grow at a high-growth company.

About the Position

This mid-senior level position requires 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript. You should have a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling such as Webpack and Babel.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using modern technologies.
  • Implement UI components with attention to performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and handle client-side data management using tools like Redux, React Query, or Context API.
Key Responsibilities

As a front-end developer, you will collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code. You should write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and component-based architecture.

Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent coding standards. Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability and reduce regressions.

What You'll Need For Success

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or React Query.
  • Strong knowledge of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming principles.
