Job Description:
  • Oversee human resources operations of assigned Business Units, ensuring alignment with management goals and industry best practices.
  • Serve as an HR consultant to Business Unit Management, providing daily guidance and support to all employees.
  • Analyze and identify key metrics on organizational development, employee development, retention, attrition, recruitment, and client manpower requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of BU sales and operations, ensuring compliance with weekly sales itinerary.
  • Recommend new and customized HR strategies and programs for the Business Unit.
  • Evaluate and assess HR programs regularly, reporting findings to the Head of Corporate HR.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and provide employee counseling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral science/Industrial Psychology/Human Resource or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Intensive HR experience with demonstrable expertise in HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities.
