The Unit Head plays a crucial role in the success of our Consumer Loan Products team. As a key member, you will be responsible for performing review and authorization of post-booking transactions, ensuring that customer requests are efficiently processed and completed according to customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and authorize post-booking transactions for consumer loan products
  • Process and monitor customer requests from Customer Service and Collection Department
  • Assist the Department Head in reviewing policies and procedures to sustain efficiency and productivity
  • Foster an active team spirit in achieving department goals

Basic Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a degree in Accounting or Business
