Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned CMS Migration Expert to spearhead the transition of our marketing website to HubSpot CMS.

This project-based role offers the opportunity to extend into additional work across various HubSpot Hubs, including Marketing, Sales, and most urgently, Service Hub (Pro edition).

  • Migrate our entire marketing website (approximately 15 pages) to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed during migration, including meta tags, alt text, and structured data optimization.
  • Set up SEO tools and integrations within HubSpot CMS (e.g., Google Search Console, analytics, SEO recommendations).
  • Monitor post-migration SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
About the Project

The ideal candidate will have proven experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS and a strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and especially Service Hub Pro tools. They will also be familiar with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Migrate existing site architecture, content, and forms within HubSpot while improving UX/UI where appropriate.
  • Set up key HubSpot tools across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with company goals.
  • Lead the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub, ensuring proper configuration of ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat.
