Marketing Coordinator Job Description

This is a support role for the marketing team, assisting with design, events, communications, and internal projects. The Marketing Coordinator ensures timely completion of tasks, brand consistency, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related roles. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, and project management platforms.

  • Facilitate marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project completion meets expectations.
  • Create, adapt, and repurpose marketing content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Utilize AI tools for drafting, formatting, and research.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, SEO research, and campaign performance tracking.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining HubSpot hygiene, updating contact/company records, managing lists, and supporting email marketing workflows.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with a modern design aesthetic.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with project management platforms to track and deliver work efficiently.
