The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact events and campaigns that leverage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote our leading aesthetic products and services.

Key Accountabilities:
  • IDentify and onboard relevant KOLs and influencers to collaborate on targeted campaigns and events
  • Develop and execute engaging event concepts and experiences that showcase our products and services
  • Manage end-to-end event planning, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and logistical arrangements
  • Oversee influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and effective content creation
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in event management, influencer marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetics industry and the power of influencer marketing
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with KOLs and vendors
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to conceptualise and execute unique, engaging events
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer analytics tools
