About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.

You will work closely with our social media team to manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns, including influencer selection, content creation, campaign tracking, and post-campaign analysis. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will enable you to build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers who align with our brand values and audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns, including influencer selection, content creation, campaign tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with influencers based on budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including tracking key metrics like views, sales, and ROI.
  • Develop and implement TikTok Shop affiliate marketing campaigns to promote products, enhance brand awareness, and drive conversions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance to senior management, including key learnings, successes, and areas of improvement.
  • Assist the team in creating monthly and annual influencer marketing strategies.
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
