Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, billing, and collections of outstanding invoices.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage Invoicing And Billing For Customers
  • Maintain Customer Account Balances And AR Ledgers
  • Proactive Collections Outreach On Outstanding Invoices And Past-Due Accounts
  • Accurately Apply Cash Receipts To Invoices

  • Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Reduce Manual Effort, Errors, And DSO
