About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our clients and partners, providing exceptional support and expertise in configuring and administering NetSuite.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client partners experiencing issues with NetSuite products, leveraging your problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve problems.
  • Communicate effectively with partners via email or phone/web call, using your excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Leverage our knowledge base to provide accurate answers to partner questions, and assist with creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge base articles to improve resources and partner experience.
  • Fully document partner concerns and ticket resolutions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain confidentiality and build trust with partners by keeping their information secure.
  • Recreate/test issues in dedicated playground accounts to verify potential causes and ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Evaluate whether issues require advanced configuration and technical knowledge, escalating to other teams when necessary.
  • Follow up with partners to ensure problems are fully and properly resolved, exceeding their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product functionalities and adapt your skills accordingly.
  • Ensure system compliance with our policies, procedures, and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and/or administering NetSuite.
  • An Accounting/Finance/Business background is required, with a CPA certification being a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Spanish being a plus.
  • Able to establish credibility and foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Understanding of NetSuite workflows and schedules scripts is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
