Australian Payroll Specialist

Delivering end-to-end payroll processing is a critical function for entities in Australia and New Zealand. We seek an experienced Australian Payroll Analyst to join our team as a key member of our payroll department.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reconciling PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand entities.
- Ensuring compliance with government statutory requirements.
- Conducting audits of payroll records to identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarizing yourself with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors that impact payroll.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Supporting process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
About You
- You should have at least 3 years of experience in AUS payroll.
- Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment is necessary.
- Familiarity with Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems is required.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills are essential.
- You should possess great interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.
