Sales Associate

BillEase is a fintech company that offers a seamless and convenient way to shop and pay for what you want and need today. Our brand is centered around making shopping and payment processes easy and hassle-free.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing daily activities related to loan products at assigned retail store(s) or malls.
• Promoting all loan products to potential and existing customers within the retail store(s) or malls.
• Assisting and facilitating BillEase customer loan applications and sign-ups.
• Safeguarding all company assets issued within the scope of responsibility.
• Cultivating positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring that marketing collateral is readily available and highly visible at the assigned retail store(s).
• Striving to meet or exceed monthly targets related to loan product sales.
• Providing exceptional customer service at all stages of the customer application process.
• Proactively asking customers for referrals as part of the sales process.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products to customers.
• Engaging in company-provided training sessions and utilizing available literature to stay informed about all product offerings.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service, an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
• Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
• A positive and customer-centric attitude.
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends and products through ongoing training.
