Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

The role of a Digital Marketing Manager involves driving growth through the execution of global marketing projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key to this role is the ability to coordinate with senior marketing leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver high-quality assets on time.
  • Maintain and update marketing assets, including the website, through HubSpot CMS.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competitor activity and market trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment.
  • Proven expertise in using advanced software tools, including AI-enabled automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
