Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
  • Manage customer service team members, including scheduling, work assignments, and employee training.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure high performance and engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in team management, preferably in customer service or BPO environments.
  2. Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
