The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in team management, preferably in customer service or BPO environments. They will be responsible for leading the establishment and management of a new customer service team from initial stages to full operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
- Manage customer service team members, including scheduling, work assignments, and employee training.
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
Requirements:
