Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for building and improving our budgeting, reporting, and analytical processes.

Your Role:

You will work closely with our Vice President, Finance, to develop and maintain divisional and corporate budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts. You will also create regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis, and recommendations for finance, accounting, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate financial information to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the finance team to integrate operational and financial data
  • Support the development of financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
  • Experience with financial software and tools, such as Excel and SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

  • Working towards or having completed a financial designation (CPA, CFA, etc.)
  • Experience working with budgeting and reporting software
  • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem
