Visual Retouching Specialist

High-quality images are the cornerstone of successful branding. As a Visual Retouching Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing and perfecting product and lifestyle imagery using both traditional photo editing techniques and AI tools. You'll collaborate closely with photographers, designers, and the marketing team to ensure every image meets brand standards while maintaining efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI editing software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve creative retouching challenges on a deadline. Your expertise in visual storytelling will help convey the essence of our products and drive customer engagement.

  • Image Enhancement: Use AI-powered tools to retouch, enhance, and manipulate product and lifestyle imagery, ensuring accuracy and consistency across campaigns and product lines.
  • Color Correction & Consistency: Develop and refine color palettes, lighting balance, and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines, maintaining the unique tone and aesthetic of our brand.
  • AI Workflow Optimization: Streamline and automate retouching workflows to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality, leveraging the power of AI to increase productivity.
  • Complex Edits: Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements, and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques, creating visually stunning and engaging content.
  • Collaboration: Partner with photographers, stylists, and designers to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, fostering open communication and seamless collaboration throughout the creative process.
  • Quality Control: Review final outputs for accuracy, realism, and brand alignment before delivery, guaranteeing high-quality results that meet the highest standards.
  • Asset Management: Organize, name, and store edited files according to established naming conventions and digital asset management protocols, ensuring efficient file management and streamlined workflows.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or creative agency setting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.
    • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins.
    • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Keen eye for color, composition, and detail.
    • Ability to achieve natural and realistic retouching results.
    • Understanding of brand visual identity and how to maintain it.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.

    • Experience with product rendering or AI image generation.
