About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-growth projects across multiple regions, bringing brands and products to life through dynamic visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms
  • Conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences
  • Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished and impactful video content
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets
  • Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital channels, considering platform-specific requirements and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant advertising guidelines, legal regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those specific to iGaming and sweepstakes in the US market
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our visual content
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders effectively to refine and improve design outputs
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of solid experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects
  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment is a MUST
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products (e.g., explainer videos, UI animations for product features) is also a critical requirement
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential
  • Animation Principles: Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail: Exceptional creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Language: Advanced English is a must
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
