- Implement process improvements using industry best practices and tools.
- Communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT data security, business analysis, or data analysis.
- 4+ years of experience in analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Experience with process improvement, workflows, benchmarking, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Familiarity and/or working experience with industry accepted security control frameworks like HITRUST, ISO27001, NIST.
- IT Security Certification, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM.
- Health care industry experience.
- IT audit and remediation experience.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other governmental regulations/requirements.
- Location: Cebu or Quezon City.
- Work set-up: Hybrid.
- Shift: Dayshift.
