The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing SAP Security and Authorizations, ensuring the integrity and security of the SAP system environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer SAP Security roles and authorizations, maintaining proper access control and compliance with security policies.
  • Perform user access management, including role assignments, modifications, and deactivations, based on business requirements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot security and authorization issues, guaranteeing that users have the necessary access without compromising system integrity.
  • Configure and maintain SAP Security roles and profiles for various modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD), including SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
  • Support audits and ensure the implementation of robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to identify security requirements for new projects or system enhancements and implement necessary security configurations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of security roles, profiles, and authorizations to ensure they align with business changes and compliance needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and functional teams regarding best practices for managing SAP security and authorizations.
