Marketing Assistant Job

About the Role:
  • This role is responsible for supporting our marketing efforts, including campaign coordination, data analysis, email management, and content planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Support (50%):
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns and create engaging content.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
    • Support paid advertising efforts and manage digital assets.
  • General Operations Assistance (50%):
    • Manage calendars, handle email, and update project management tools.
    • Conduct data entry and research to support business decisions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work.
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools - preferred but not required.
  • Strong skills in project management software.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar and schedule management, email and inbox handling, basic documentation and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
