Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company operations, including meetings, finances, schedules, employees, and correspondences.
  • Develop and implement policies and systems to optimize document storage and retrieval.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient preparation and management of documents, including numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval.
  • Distribute physical and digital documents to concerned employees while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Audit document inventory and review filed documents for updates.
  • Draft document templates for future use.
  • Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably as an Account/Sales Officer.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to apply and adapt records management standards and best practices effectively in the organization's context.
  • Keen attention to detail and knowledge of archival practices and data privacy.
  • Ability to utilize information technology and computer and internet systems to accomplish tasks.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
