Job Title: Architect with Revit and 3Ds Max Expertise

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit.
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Maintain organized records of design documents, drawings, and project correspondence.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
  • A strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • A creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • The ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
