Senior Architect Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Job Description:

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from conceptualization to completion. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural design and development teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice.
  • Strong proficiency in REVIT and/or other architectural software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams.
