About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team at New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team of sales representatives within a defined geographical district.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve or exceed sales targets. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned district
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching and mentorship to your sales team, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within your district
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the region
- Preferably resident of Cebu
