High-Performing Affiliate Partner Specialist

This is a high-performing role that involves managing and scaling affiliate partnerships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize affiliate relationships to achieve maximum ROI
- Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize affiliate performance
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results
- Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships
- Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken
- Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred
