Director of Technical Operations

We're looking for a seasoned Director, Technology Services (Infrastructure) to join our team at Ventra Health. As a key leader in our technology department, you will be responsible for overseeing all infrastructure and technical operations in Clark, Philippines. This role requires strong leadership skills, a flexible attitude towards shift work, and the ability to manage complex technical environments.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in IT infrastructure management, with at least 14+ years of experience. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. Certifications like ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of desktop support professionals, ensuring efficient performance across shifts.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, Active Directory, and O365, is well maintained and up to date.
- Lead initiatives to manage and secure Azure cloud infrastructure and ensure robust IT security measures.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, project leaders, and other stakeholders to implement technical solutions.
