Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, with a focus on revenue accounting and automation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Performing month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entry postings
- Processing monthly revenue tasks, including reconciliations and posting of entries
- Preparing documentation for internal and external audits
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of annual tax returns
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights and recommendations based on financial data
- Supporting accounts receivable tasks, including contract uploads, billing, and cash application
- Managing customer relationships and resolving billing issues
- Processing monthly payroll activities, including payroll runs and payroll entries
- Assisting with investor and bank reporting
This is a critical role that requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
