We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a project-based role that involves bank reconciliation and general ledger account clean-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations for various accounts to support the GL clean-up project">
  • Analyze discrepancies between bank statements and GL records, and prepare necessary adjusting entries">
  • Investigate and resolve outstanding or aged reconciling items">
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation or clarification">
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation in line with accounting standards and internal policies">
  • Assist in preparing reports on reconciliation status and findings">
  • Support the finance team in other clean-up activities as needed">

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field">
  • At least 2 years of experience in bank reconciliation and general accounting">
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices">
  • Experience In GL Account Reconciliation And Clean-up Is Preferred">
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)">
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills">
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines">
