Early Childhood Educator & Curriculum Developer Role

We believe early childhood lays the foundation for lifelong growth and development. Our ideal candidate will nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in children aged 18 months to under 5 years old.

This role combines hands-on classroom engagement with shaping our progressive, child-centered curriculum. We seek a creative, consistent, insightful, and intentional educator who can design meaningful learning experiences while collaborating with families and colleagues to support every child's holistic development.

About the Position
  • Teach and engage children in creative and age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Design and implement lesson plans that support children's natural curiosity and promote learning through play.
  • Collaborate with team members and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of each child.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  1. Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of young children.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  3. Experience working with young children and families is highly desirable.
  4. Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
