Key Responsibilities- Marketing Infrastructure Management: Oversee and improve marketing platforms, tools, and systems, including CRM systems, content management platforms, and global careers sites.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing performance data to generate actionable insights, optimize strategy, and support data-informed decision-making across the team.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement automated workflows and scalable marketing programs to support global and regional campaigns efficiently.
- Global Alignment: Ensure alignment across global and regional teams by developing standardized processes, toolkits, and enablement resources.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
