Healthcare Data Strategist

- Liaises with a global team while working flexible hours from remote locations.
Main Responsibilities
- Designs and implements data models, dashboards, and reports to drive business decisions.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Analyzes complex healthcare datasets to uncover trends and inform decision-making processes.
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation techniques.
- Maintains documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings.
- Mentors junior analysts within the department.
- Promotes collaboration with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools.
- Presents data insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Demonstrates expertise in data analytics tools and platforms, such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.
- Brings proven experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare datasets.
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data in simple terms.
- Takes a proactive approach to identifying trends and driving data-driven strategies.
